Our Physical health is much more than maintaining the proper weight.  We need to check our hearts, our blood pressure, our cholesterol levels, our blood sugar levels and check for cancers etc.  If your health is our of BALANCE your whole life will be in turmoil.  It is like when we break a toe it effects everything we do.  It is the same with our bodies.  If we are fighting the wrong weight or high blood sugar levels it will make us feel run down and effect the rest of our life like work and relationships. You will also be more susceptible to viruses and infections.

Make a plan to get a Check up this year with your Doctor.  Or if you already know that your levels are out of balance choose to do something about them.  Here is just one tip for high Cholesterol.  Eating a handful of Walnuts or Almonds a day will increase your good cholesterol levels improving your health.  Choose to be Well this year and improve your whole life.  <>< Mark
